Green tea has been a part of my nutritional regimen for many years now, but recently I started drinking it unmasked--that is without either sugar or honey. It's actually not that bad a taste, once you get used to it. (Though I have to admit that I still occasionally drink it with honey just because some morning I feel I "need" to.)
